One of Port Clinton's oldest establishments, Traveler's Bar and Grill operated as a Speak Easy during the rum running days of prohibition with it's manager spending time in jail for her role in illegal activities. December of 1933 however marked the repeal of prohibition, and Traveler's opened legally.
This charming restaurant located in the historic Downtown River District area is next to the "Whistling" Bridge and the Jet Express, the North coast's fastest boat ride to Put-in-Bay.
